Design and Implementation of Double Isolation High Voltage Sensor Based on Zero Flux
The traditional Hall voltage sensor can convert kilovolt level voltage into current by using external resistance, which has the problems of large input power and low measurement isolation. Therefore,a double isolation high voltage sensor based on zero flux is de-signed.A U/I conversion circuit with resistance array, instrument amplification and dual-follow mode operational amplifier is designed to reduce input power consumption and accurately transmit the measured voltage. The Hall module with special high voltage resistance is introduced to establish zero flux feedback for the primary and secondary magnetic fields, achieving measurement and output isolation as well as high-precision linear conversion.A wide voltage DC-DC power supply is designed to provide isolated power to internal high and low voltage module. The sensor test results show that the linearity is better than 0.1%,the accuracy is better than 0.2%,and the with-stand voltage can reach 2 000 V,which has significant engineering value.
