A P(VDF-TrFE)/PZT Piezoelectric Sensor Based on High Voltage Electrospinning Technology and Its Application in Sleep Monitoring
In order to meet the needs of daily sleep monitoring,a P(VDF-TrFE)/lead zirconate titanate(PZT)piezoelectric sensor based on high voltage electrospinning process is proposed and its performance is studied.Firstly, the fabrication and packaging process of P(VDF-TrFE)/PZT piezoelectric sensor are introduced. Then, its sensitivity, frequency response characteristics, transient response and stability are tested. The results show that good microscopic morphology is formed on the sensor. The sensitivity of the P(VDF-TrFE)/PZT piezoelectric sensor with 30%PZT mass fraction reaches 1.78 V/N,which is 2.5 times higher than that of the pure P(VDF-TrFE)piezoelectric sensor. In addition,it not only maintains stable piezoelectric output at low frequencies but also has a fast response time of 2 ms.Finally, the BCG signal is measured with a self-made P(VDF-TrFE)/PZT piezoelectric sensor and the sleep stage model is trained using by support vector machine(SVM).The average accuracy of the four-classification model is 72.5%,which provides a refer-ence for the selection of wearable sleep monitoring sensors.
