Autocorrelation Detection Method of Light-Addressable Potentiometric Sensor
Aiming at the low signal-to-noise ratio of microfluidic chip based on light-addressable potential sensor,a LAPS signal extraction method based on autocorrelation detection is proposed. The gas-liquid separation method is used to form a micro flow path with a volume of about 1μL. The I/V characteristic curve of LAPS under square wave excitation and sine wave excitation and the I-f characteristic curve of LAPS under the same bias voltage are compared and analyzed. The results show that the sensitivity of LAPS is 53.8 mV/pH and the sig-nal-to-noise ratio of LAPS increases by 7.0206 dB by using autocorrelation detection method. The research results have made a useful ex-ploration for the high-precision detection of micro-LAPS photocurrent signal, and have a good application prospect.
