基于摩擦纳米发电机的乒乓球落点轨迹与速度识别的研究

随着科技的迅速发展,通过智能传感设备辅助运动成为科学研究的重要发展方向.为了更方便地收集运动员乒乓球训练的数据,对其进行针对性训练,提出了一种基于单电极式摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)的自驱动信息采集装置.该装置由乒乓球拍及表面摩擦层电极层组成,选用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为摩擦层制备材料,碳油作为电极层制备材料.同时设计了一种覆盖整个乒乓球拍面的阵列结构,通过收集乒乓球和球拍撞击产生的电信号来获取乒乓球落点和球速等信息,可以在LabVIEW上位机实时显示.经测试其输出电压在乒乓球球速为15 m/s的速度下可达11.2 V,在60 s内为100 nF的电容器充电到12 V,可以作为微型电子设备的电源,为LED灯和计时器供电.
Research on Recognition of Impact Point Trajectory and Velocity of Table Tennis Ball Based on Triboelectric Nanogenerator
With the rapid development of science and technology,it has become an important development direction of scientific research to assist movement through intelligent sensing devices. In order to collect the training data of table tennis players more conveniently and train them pertinently,a self driven information acquisition device based on single electrode triboelectric nanogenerator( TENG) is pro-posed. The device is composed of a table tennis racket and an electrode layer of a surface friction layer. Polydimethylsiloxane( PDMS) is selected as the friction layer material and carbon oil is used as the electrode layer material. At the same time,an array structure is de-signed that covers the entire table tennis racket surface. By collecting the electrical signals generated by the impact of the table tennis ball and the racket,the information such as the impact point and ball is obtained speed of the table tennis ball,which can be displayed in real time on the LabVIEW host computer. After testing,its output voltage can reach 11.2 V at the speed of 15 m/s of the ping-pong ball,and it can charge the 100 nF capacitor to 12 V within 60 s,which can be used as the power supply for micro electronic equipment, LED lights and timers.
