Research on the Influence of Installation Torque on the Test Results of the Clamp Type Locking Force Tester
In the three plate injection molding machine,the injection molding machine locking force monitoring system is mainly used for real-time monitoring of the locking force to control product quality and prevent equipment damage.The locking force real-time monito-ring instrument of the clamp installation method is widely used due to its low price and high installation reliability.In practical use,the accuracy of the locking force sensor signal of the clamp type injection molding machine has a certain correlation with the applied clam-ping force(installation torque) within a certain range,which will have a significant impact on later maintenance.The force situation of the clamp type sensor in use is analyzed.Based on the testing condition that silicone needs to meet the non-slip condition between the silicone and the Green column,the tensile friction force on silicone and the conditions that positive pressure must be met are analyzed.Based on the installation structure of the sensor head,the theoretical minimum torque formula required for tightening the clamp when the silicone force condition is met is derived,Finally,experiments are conducted based on the self-developed clamp type injection molding machine locking force monitoring instrument.The experimental results show that when the torque is small(100% of the theoretical mini-mum torque),the magnitude of the gripping force has a significant impact on the test results,when the gripping force reaches a certain stage(150% of the minimum theoretical torque),the test results tend to stabilize,when the gripping force reaches a certain value (≥200% minimum torque),the accuracy of the test results basically no longer changes.
