尾矿库的渗流流速检测技术研究

渗流是指流体在孔隙介质中的流动.当降雨量过大或尾矿库附近有大型水源就会易形成渗流,使尾矿库存在溃坝的危险.为了能够检测尾矿库渗流的真实流速,在进行渗流检测时不改变渗流的流动状态,设计了一种基于热式温差原理的渗流检测仪,当流体流经加热模块表面时会带走一部分热量,并将该部分热量继续通过热传递的形式传递到下游的温度传感器外壁,封装在内部的温度传感器对温度进行采集,上下游两端的温度传感器采集到的温差信号经过采集电路转换为电信号,并发送给MCU进行数据处理,通过相应数值换算,可在阿里云端及上位机端观测到当前渗流流速.该检测仪装置体积小,安装方便,无需接过多的外部设备,可掩埋在尾矿库中进行长期实时监测,且不会对周围环境造成污染.
Study on Seepage Velocity Detection Technology of Tailing Pond
Percolation is the flow of fluid through porous media.When the rainfall is too large or there is a large water source near the tailings,seepage will easily form,which makes the tailings pond in danger of dam break.In order to be able to detect real velocity of tailings seepage,and do not change seepage flow state during seepage tests,a kind of seepage detector based on the principle of heat temperature difference is designed.When the fluid flows through the thermoblock surface,it will take away heat,and this form of heat will continue to transfer to the downstream of the outer wall temperature sensor.The temperature sensor encapsulated in the interior col-lects the temperature,and the temperature difference signal collected by the upstream and downstream temperature sensors is converted into electrical signal through the acquisition circuit and sent to MCU for data processing.Through the corresponding numerical conver-sion,the current seepage flow velocity can be observed on Ali cloud and the host computer.The detector device is small in size,easy to install,no need to take over more external equipment,can be buried in underground rock and soil for long-term real-time monitoring,and will not cause pollution to the surrounding environment.
