毯式涡流检测在结构应变测试中的研究

涡流检测是常见的金属结构应变无损检测中的一种,对金属检测有着不可替代的作用,它可以比较直观地展示出金属结构应变的情况.在对金属板结构应变与应力变形进行测量时,传统的涡流检测只能通过人为操控涡流检测探头进行测试,大面积检测会比较繁琐,因此研制了一款毯式涡流检测探头.毯式涡流检测可以进行实时在线监测,并且可以直观准确地显示出金属结构应变情况和位置.针对于金属板的应变测量问题,设计并进行了不同形式的毯式涡流检测,测试结构应变情况,对比结构变形导致感应电压变化的现象,分析了不同匝数线圈、摆放位置以及磁场方向对测试结构应变的影响.为选择金属材料结构的监测方法提供了参考,对进一步研究以及开发新型金属应变传感器和检测装置具有极大的参考价值.
Research on Blanket Eddy Current Testing in the Structural Deformation Test
Eddy current testing is one of the common nondestructive testing for strain in metal structure.It plays an irreplaceable role in metal testing and it can direct show the strain of metal structure.The traditional eddy current detection can only be carried out by artifi-cially controlling the eddy current detection probe when measuring structural strain and stress deformation,large area detection is com-plicated,so a blanket eddy current detection probe is developed.The blanket eddy current detection can be used for real-time online monitoring and direct and accurately display the deformation condition and position of metal plate.To address the problem of strain measurement in metal plate,different types of blanket eddy current testing are designed and carried out to test the structural strain con-dition,the phenomena of the change of induced voltage generated by structural deformation are compared,and the influence of coil with different turns,position and magnetic field direction on the structural strain is analyzed.The result provides a reference for the selection of non-metallic material structure monitoring methods and has great reference value for further research and development of new strain sensors and measuring instruments.
