Cold-junction compensation ways of thermocouple based on integration temperature sensor
According to the problem of compensation of thermocouple, two analog compensation ways-compensation methods of current source analog IC circuit and of voltage source analog IC circuit, and two mathematical compensation ways-table-looking up and calculation methods are described. Their principle and realization methods are introduced, and the experimental results are presented. Its accuracy is less than 0.02℃. The practice shows that the ways are simple and high practicability.
