基于外泌体的适配体传感器的检测方法具有快速、灵敏、高通量、无创或微创、液体活组织检查和经济高效的分析等诸多优势,成为近年研究热点.综述了目前适配体在检测外泌体、外泌体靶向递送领域的研究进展.首先,介绍了外泌体、适配体和适配体传感器,以及近年常用的适配体筛选技术;其次,阐述基于外泌体的适配体传感器的构建及原理、适配体在外泌体领域的应用;最后,针对目前适配体在外泌体应用领域提出了所遇到的问题和挑战.
Construction and application of aptasensor based on exosomes
The detection method of exosome-based aptasensor has many advantages,such as rapid,sensitive,high-throughput,non-invasive or minimally invasive,liquid biopsy and cost-effective analysis,and has become a research hotspot in recent years.Current research progress of aptamers in detection field of exosomes and targeted delivery of exosomes is reviewed.Firstly,exosomes,aptamers and aptasensors,as well as aptamer screening techniques commonly used in recent years are introduced.Secondly,the construction and principle of aptasensor based on exosomes,application of aptamers in the field of exosomes are described.Finally,problems and challenges of aptamers encounter in current application field of exosomes are proposed.
