In closed-loop control system of high performance motor,resolver is often used to measure the position and speed information of motor rotor.A reluctance resolver decoding system based on special rotary digital conversion chip is designed,which is used to decode the sine and cosine signals output by resolver into position information of rotor.The decoding system includes the main chip module,conditioning module of input signals of resolver,the excitation buffer circuit module and the power module.The four functional modules are integrated on one printed circuit board(PCB),and the effectiveness of the design scheme is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the decoding system of the reluctance resolver runs stably,and can accurately output the position and speed information of the motor rotor in real time.
