Amperometric NOx sensor based on BaZr0.8Y0.2O3-δ electrolyte
Nitrogen oxide(NOx)sensor is one of the important components of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)system.In order to reduce the operating temperature of traditional NOx sensors.Proton conductor BaZr0.8 Y0.2 O(B 3-δZY)is prepared by using mass fraction of 2%NiO as sintering aid.The effects of NiO intering aid on the phase structure and morphology of BZY electrolyte are studied.Amperometric NOx sensor based on BZY electrolyte is prepared.Experimental results show that the sensor show good linear response to volume fraction of NO2 at range of 10×10-6~250×10-6 at 400℃.The sensor also shows higher sensitivity,good selectivity and repeatability.
