具有自主温度补偿的多通道柔性应变传感系统

为了满足全方位的应变采集需求,例如手指弯曲、手势识别等,设计了一种多通道柔性应变传感系统.该系统基于丝网印刷工艺制备了多通道(4 个)带有柔性应变片和温度补偿片的惠斯通电桥,通过控制多路复用开关的关断与导通选择相应通道,将应变信号转化为电压信号后进行放大、滤波处理,并通过蓝牙芯片读取应变信息.通过实验证明,印刷传感器对于应变具有良好的响应特性以及重复性,应变电桥在温度25~45℃的环境中初始态输出的电压基本保持不变具有良好的温度补偿性.该柔性应变系统价格低廉、工艺简单,多路复用开关和印刷柔性应变片的数量可以拓展,可以满足可穿戴电子对大面积分布、多点采集的需求.
Multi-channel flexible strain sensing system with independent temperature compensation
A multi-channel flexible strain sensing system is designed to meet the demand for all-directional strain acquisition,such as finger bending and gesture recognition.In this system,four Wheatstone bridges with flexible strain gauges and temperature compensation gauges are prepared based on screen printing technology.The corresponding channels are selected by controlling the turn on/off of multiplexing switches.The strain signals are converted into voltage signals,which are amplified and filtered,and the strain information is read by a Bluetooth chip.Experiments show that the printed sensor has good response characteristics and repeatability for strain,and the initial output voltage of strain bridge remains unchanged in the temperature of 25~45℃,which has good temperature compensation characteristics.The flexible strain system has low cost and simple process,the number of multiplex switches and the number of printed flexible strain gauge are expanded,which can satisfy the needs of wearable electronics for large area distributed and multipoint acquisition.
