摘要

MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类广泛存在于真核细胞中的单链非编码小RNA,在机体中通过诱导mRNA降解或调节蛋白质水平调控基因表达.研究表明,miRNA的异常表达与多种人类疾病密切相关,可作为早期诊断和疾病筛查理想的生物标志物,因此,实现miRNA早期精准检测在临床诊断和医学研究中具有重要意义.本文围绕传统检测方法与新型miRNA生物传感器两方面,总结了miRNA检测方法的研究成果,并提出了未来的发展趋势.

Abstract

MicroRNA(miRNA)is a class of small single-stranded non-coding RNA widely found in eukaryotic cells,which regulates gene expression in organism by inducing mRNA degradation or regulating protein levels.Studies show that abnormal miRNA expression is closely related to a variety of human diseases and can be used as an ideal biomarker for early diagnosis and disease screening.Therefore,achieving accurate miRNA detection is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and medical research.Research fruits of miRNA detection methods around both traditional detection methods and novel miRNA biosensors are summarized,and also the future development tendency is proposed.
