Design of real-time wireless test system for temperature of engine rotating parts
In order to real-time monitor temperature state of rotating parts during aero-engine testing,a multi-channel temperature real-time wireless test system is designed using platinum thin film thermal resistance temperature sensor and STM32.The system uses STM32 to control components such as multiplexer switches and amplifiers, and uses its internal analog-to-digital converter(ADC)to convert multichannel electrical signals. The temperature data is sent to the host computer through wireless technology. The real-time wireless measurement of the temperature of the blades is completed on the turbo-prop engine test bench. The problem that the rotating parts cannot lead out the signal line for real-time temperature monitoring is solved.Expermental results show that the measurement precision of the system is prior to 0.1℃,and the resolution reaches 0.01℃.
