摘要
二氧化氮(NO2)气体是空气中的主要污染物之一,严重危害生态环境和人体健康.因此,开发高气敏性和选择性的NO2气体传感器对空气中 NO2体积分数的检测显得尤为重要.综述了近年来NO2气体传感器的研究现状,重点对石墨烯、金属氧化物、碳纳米管和聚合物4种类型的NO2气体传感器敏感材料进行了阐述,讨论了 NO2气体传感器的制备方法和敏感材料的气敏性,同时指出了传感器存在的问题.
Abstract
NO2 gas is one of the main pollutants in the air,which seriously endangers ecological environment and human health.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop NO2 gas sensors with high gas sensitivity and selectivity to detect the volume fraction of NO2 in the air.The research status of NO2 gas sensors in recent years is reviewed,focusing on four types of NO2 gas sensor sensitive materials,such as graphene,metal oxide,carbon nanotubes(CNTs),and polymer,and the preparation method of NO2 gas sensors and gas sensitivity of sensitive material are discussed,problems of the sensor are pointed out.
