摘要

针对电解制氧系统中氢气浓度测量受环境因素影响大、测量准确性低等问题,选取了半导体型、催化燃烧型、热导型三类不同原理的氢气传感器,对其在电解制氧系统中的应用进行了试验验证,并对试验结果进行了讨论,分析了各类氢气传感器的使用局限性.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems that the measurement of hydrogen concentration in electrolytic oxygen generation system is greatly affected by environmental factors and the measurement accuracy is low,hydrogen sensors with three different principles,namely semiconductor type,catalytic combustion type and thermal conductivity type,are selected and their applications in the electrolytic oxygen generation system are tested and verified.The test results are discussed and application limitations of various hydrogen sensors are analyzed.
