基于Cu-TCPP的高灵敏5-羟色胺电化学检测新方法

以5,10,15,20-四(4-羧基苯基)卟啉(H2TCPP)为配体,Cu2+为金属中心源,通过液相剥离法制备了金属有机框架(MOFs)材料Cu-TCPP纳米片.制备Cu-TCPP纳米片修饰玻碳电极(Cu-TCPP/GCE),用于5-羟色胺(5-HT)的高灵敏检测.实验结果表明,与裸玻碳电极(GCE)相比,5-HT在Cu-TCPP/GCE上的氧化电流显著增强.通过研究其信号增强机理发现,Cu-TCPP纳米片可有效提高对5-HT的富集效率和电子转移能力.进一步对检测条件进行优化,成功建立了一种高灵敏的5-HT电化学检测新方法,线性范围为5~1000 nmol/L,检出限为1.33 nmol/L.
Novel electrochemical detection method for highly sensitive 5-HT based on Cu-TCPP
Metal organic frameworks(MOFs)material Cu-TCPP nanosheets are prepared by liquid-phase stripping method using 5,10,15,20-tetra-(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin(H2TCPP)as ligand and Cu2+as metal center source.The Cu-TCPP nanosheets modified electrodes(Cu-TCPP/GCEs)are prepared and used in the highly sensitive determination of 5-HT.Compared with bare glassy carbon electrode(GCE),the oxidation current of 5-HT on Cu-TCPP/GCE is significantly increased.The signal enhancement mechanism is researched,and the Cu-TCPP nanosheets effectively improve the enrichment efficiency and electron-transfer-ability of 5-HT.By optimizing the detection conditions,a novel highly sensitive 5-HT electrochemical detection method is successfully established.The linear range is 5~1 000 nmol/L,with the detection limit of 1.33 nmol/L.
