Design of wireless quartz temperature measuring system based on Lamé-mode resonator
Design of a wireless quartz temperature measuring system using a single end supporting Lamé-mode quartz temperature sensitive resonator is proposed.It includes integrated temperature-sensitive carried dual-mode resonant components,synchronous excitation dual-mode coherent oscillation components,frequency modulation and shaping filtering module,wireless transmitting,receiving and frequecy-discriminating module,and a hardware and software signal processing units for STM32F407 type MCU,etc.The design and innovation of quartz temperature sensitive resonator using Lamé-mode with the frequency of 1.8 MHz and an ultra-miniature carrier quartz resonator with the overtone frequency of a thickness-shear mode of 98 MHz are discussed.Experimental result shows that the Q value of the Lamé-mode temperature sensitive resonator of typical samples can reach up to 6.5×104.The resolution of temperature measuring system is 0.01℃,and the precision is 0.2℃,which meet the design requirements.
