基于碳系材料的标准应变传感条应用研究

针对传统电阻应变测量过程中,电阻应变片只能适应局部应变的点测,不能进行全域性测量且粘贴工艺复杂的特点,本文提出了采用价格低廉的碳系材料,利用改进凹版印刷技术制备标准长度传感条,采用裁剪及拼接的方法,实现传感条测试区域的任意调整,介绍了基于电阻变化率的传感条应变测试基本原理,通过等截面悬臂梁静载实验考核了标准传感条的各项性能指标,并通过钢筋混凝土弯曲梁实验评价了标准应变传感条针对混凝土梁小应变时全域性的测量效果,实验结果表明:该标准应变传感条具有制备方法简单、组合方式多样、小应变响应跟随性好、适用于户外现场测量的特点,可推广应用于混凝土结构的健康监测领域.
Research on application of standard strain sensing strip based on carbonaceous materials
Aiming at the problem that in traditional process of resistance strain measurement,resistance strain gauges can only adapt to the point measurement of local strain,cannot perform global measurement,and the pasting techniques is complex,propose using inexpensive carbonaceous materials,utilizing improved gravure printing technology to prepare standard-length sensing strips.By adopting the method of cutting and splicing,the arbitrary adjustment of the test area of the sensing strip is achieved.The basic principle of strain testing based on resistance change rate of the sensing strip is introduced.The performance indicators of the standard sensing strip are evaluated through static load experiments on cantilever beams with equal cross-sections.The global measurement effect of the standard strain sensing strip for small strains in concrete beams is evaluated through reinforced concrete flexural beam experiments.Experimental results show that the standard strain sensing strip has the characteristics of simple preparation method,diverse combination methods,good small-strain response tracking,and suitability for outdoor on-site measurements.It can be widely used in the field of health monitoring of concrete structures.
