Research on 3D imaging method of icing based on piezoelectric array
Aiming at the problem that traditional single point icing sensor can't acquire multi-dimensional icing information of aircraft wing surface, use piezoelectric transducer array to collect vibration spectrum information of aluminum plate and by extracting characteristics of spectrum in attenuation and signal difference to realize the measurement of icing location, area information, icing thickness and the three-dimensional(3D)reconstruction of multi-point icing.Firstly, the influence of ice thickness and area on icing positioning precision is analyzed.Secondly, the parameter value of the optimal region recognition effect is determined by defining two evaluation indexes, accuracy and deviation rate. Finally, the relationship curve between signal difference coefficient and ice thickness is calibrated through ice thickness test,by which the 3D imaging results of icing are inverted. The test results show that the piezoelectric array icing detection system based on parallel line layout can realize the 3Dreconstruction of multi-point icing, which provides a new idea for 3D imaging of aircraft wing icing.
