管路液体冲击效应对压力传感器的影响研究

压力传感器作为管路压力测试的主要手段,应用在军用、民用各个领域,硅压阻压力传感器是目前应用最广泛的一种压力传感器,其特点是精度高、稳定性好、价格低、适于批量生产.在一些特定的环境下,被测管路内的液体工质会由于外部的振动、冲击、噪声等力学环境,使管路内部产生一个动态的异常冲击压力,这种冲击压力的幅频特性与管路的长短粗细、工质的特性、外部的激发量级、工质的温度等都相关,很难用理论公式准确地计算出结果.这种动态冲击信号往往会对压力传感器产生一定的机械损伤,本文介绍了特定条件下的管路内液体冲击压力的形成以及其对于传感器的影响,并经过试验进行了验证,为后续的工程应用提供一定的借鉴作用.
Research on influence of pipeline liquid impact effect on pressure sensors
As the main means of pipeline pressure testing,pressure sensor is used in various fields of military and civil,and the silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor is the most widely used pressure sensor at present,which is characterized by high precision,good stability,low price and suitable for mass production. In some specific environments,the liquid working mediums in the measured pipeline produce a dynamic abnormal impact pressure inside the pipeline due to the external vibration,impact,noise and other mechanical environments,and the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the impact pressure are related to the length and thickness of the pipeline,the characteristics of the working medium,the external excitation level,the temperature of the working medium,etc. It is difficult to accurately calculate the results with theoretical formulas. This dynamic impact signal often produces a certain degree of the mechanical damage to the pressure sensor. The formation of liquid impact pressure in the pipeline under specific conditions and its influence on the sensor are introduced and verified by experiments,which provides a certain reference for subsequent engineering applications.
