模拟骨骼应变测试系统搭建及其标定研究

为研究人体骨骼损伤的力学机理和应变测试方法,建立了适用于40%玻璃纤维增强的聚苯硫醚(PPS)模拟骨的应变测试系统,并对测试系统进行了标定试验研究.本文对测试系统各组成部分原理和技术指标进行分析,利用万能试验机对试件进行多次加载,分析应变测试系统在拉伸、压缩及三点弯曲3种工况下的静态标定参数,结果表明:本文构建的PPS模拟骨应变测试方法可有效表征骨损伤的应变情况,本文研究可为创伤弹道学和病理学中的骨损伤试验研究提供参考.
Research on construction and calibration of simulated bone strain measurement system
In order to study on strain testing method and mechanical mechanism of human bone damage,a strain testing system suitable for 40% glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)simulated bone is established,and the calibration test of testing system is conducted. The principle and technical indicators of each component of the test system are analyzed. The universal testing machine is used to load the test-piece for many times,and the static calibration parameters of the strain test system under three working conditions of tension,compression and three-point bending are analyzed. The results show that the PPS simulated bone strain test method can effectively characterize the strain situation in the bone damage. This study can provide a reference for the test study of bone injury in trauma ballistics and pathology.
