Maximum operation frequency of spherical mass block type six-axis acceleration sensor
Operation frequency band is one of the critical performance index of acceleration sensor. However, the maximum operation frequency of six-axis acceleration sensor is not clear at present. Given this, mathematical model for maximum operation frequency of the system is constructed, using solid spherical mass block type and hollow apherical mass block type six-axis acceleration sensor as research objects. Firstly, through virtual experiments, the data pairs between the fundamental frequency, maximum operation frequency and the mass block diameter and the side-chain stiffness are obtained. Subsequently, the performance atlases of the fundamental and maximum operation frequencies are depicted, and the multiple linear regression theory is used to fit the data pairs. Finally, the mapping relationship between the two frequencies is built by using the linear envelope principle. The results show that the maximum operation frequency is always within the fundamental frequency range of 1/35~1/30.
