Preparation and performance measurement of high-consistency all-solid-state underwater electric field sensor
Design processes and structures of domestic and international electrode preparation are integrated, utilizing solid-phase ball milling and freeze-drying to prepare all-solid Ag/AgCl electrode precursor powder.Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)are added as a pore-forming agent during the mixing with nano-silver powder, and the Ag/AgCl electrode blanks are obtained through pressing and sintering. A structure with an built-in electrode solution is designed, addressing issues of electrode instability when exposed to seawater and difficulties in storage and transportation. The electrode performance are measured using a measurement platform centered around a DM6500 six-and-a-half digital multimeter and an EMA10 chopper amplifier. Among the designed and prepared six electrodes, the maximum difference between any electrode pairs is about 38μV,the electrode pair drift is less than 5μV/24 h,and the electrode self-noise is less than 0. 7 nV/√Hz@1 Hz. The designed and prepared underwater electric field sensor reaches the advanced level both domestically and internationally, and possesses engineering application capabilities.
