摘要

1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、316L不锈钢、TC4钛合金和2A12铝合金是传感器最常用的材料.电子束焊接由于焊接速度快、可焊材料多、具有保护性等特点,是传感器生产制造过程中常用的焊接方法.本文介绍了传感器常用材料的电子束焊接研究现状,对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢、316L不锈钢、TC4钛合金和2A12铝合金电子束焊接接头的显微组织、力学性能、焊缝强化方式进行了综述,并对传感器常用材料的电子束焊接前景进行了展望.

Abstract

1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel,316L stainless steel,TC4 titanium alloy and 2A12 aluminum alloy are the most commonly used materials for sensors.Electron beam welding is a commonly used welding method in sensor manufacturing because of its fast welding speed,many weldable materials and protective properties.In this paper,the research status of electron beam welding of common sensor materials is introduced,the microstructure,mechanical properties and weld strengthening methods of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel,316L stainless steel,TC4 titanium alloy and 2A12 aluminum alloy are reviewed,and the prospect of electron beam welding of common sensor materials is also prospected.
