Design of foot data visualization system based on intelligent insole
In order to collect status data of human foot and realize real-time visualization of the data,a lower computer to collect the plantar pressure and foot posture is designed, and a mobile terminal application software to display the data collected by the lower computer in real-time is designed and deployed in the mobile terminal. The lower computer obtains the pressure of the characteristic points of the plantar through the 8-point thin film pressure sensor, and obtains the foot attitude angle through the inertial measurement unit (IMU ).Finally, the data are packaged and sent to the mobile phone through Bluetooth. The upper computer receives and processes the data, and finally, the data are visualized through the developed 3D view and curve view.Static and dynamic measurement experiments are carried out by wearing equipment.By analyzing measurement data,it is concluded that the angle error of static measurement is between 0.08° and 0.13°,the pressure error is between 0.2 and 0.7 kgf,and the angle deviation between video frame and 3D model is less than 0.19°.The experimental results show that the constructed acquisition and visualization system has high accuracy,real-time performance and stability, and can be used in related studies such as foot state dataset creation and remote diagnosis.
