首先建立典型压力传感器可靠性数学模型,完成产品可靠度理论设计.随后,完成加速可靠性寿命试验设计,并开展试验验证.根据试验结果,基于威布尔分布,进行产品寿命及可靠性评估.最后,确定产品关键性能指标,基于性能退化数据开展产品寿命及可靠性评估,多角度验证产品设计合理性及加速试验结果可信度.结果表明:不同评估方法下压力传感器均可满足15年使用寿命下95%可靠度的要求,为轨道交通用压力传感器可靠性、寿命研究及产品检修维护提供数据支撑和理论参考.
Research on life and reliability of pressure sensor for rail transit
Firstly,reliability mathematical model of typical pressure sensor is established to complete the theoretical design of product reliability.Subsequently,design of the accelerated reliability life test is completed and the test verification is carried out.According to the test results,the product life and reliability are evaluated based on the Weibull distribution.Finally,the key performance indicators of the product are determined,and the product life and reliability evaluation are carried out based on the performance degradation data,and the rationality of the product design and the reliability of the accelerated test results are verified from multiple angles.The results show that the pressure sensor under different evaluation methods can meet the requirements of 95% reliability under the service life of 15 years,which provides data support and theoretical reference for reliability and life time research of pressure sensor for rail transit and maintenance and repair of product.
