Research on algorithm compensation of emissivity to infrared temperature sensor measurement precision
In actual working environment,different emissivity of materials set by infrared temperature sensor will lead to deviation in infrared temperature measurement results and affect the shape quality of the aluminum plate.Aiming at this problem,a temperature compensation model based on different emissivity is constructed to correct the temperature measurement value of the object to be measured under different emissivity.The results show that the compensation model can effectively reduce error influence of emissivity value deviation on error infrared temperature measurement results of rolls,and the temperature error value is controlled within 1℃,which is of great significance to improve the temperature measurement precision of the infrared temperature sensor.
