Research on compound leading angle weak magnetic control system for IPMSM
To improve the weak magnetism speed expansion performance of inner-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM ) control system,a compound leading angle weak magnetic control method is proposed.The current and voltage limitation conditions of the motor are analyzed.According to the torque characteristics of the motor in different areas,the maximum torque output is taken as the goal,and the leading angle weak magnetic algorithm in the full speed range is designed.This method divides the motor operation area into three segments,the smooth transition between the control area of the maximum torque per ampere(MTPA) and the leading angle weak magnetic area can be realized,so that the torque output of the system in the basic speed stage is constant and the power in the weak magnetic speed expansion stage is constant.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively broaden the rotating speed range and solve the current oscillation problem in the depth weak magnetic phase of the traditional leading angle weak magnetic.
