Preparation of CuO/MXene and gas-sensitive properties of NO2
In order to enhance the sensing performance of CuO-based gas sensors,CuO nanomaterials are successfully synthesised using hydrothermal method and CuO/MXene composite nanomaterials are synthesised using ethanol dispersion sampling method.Their responses to low concentration of NO2 at different temperatures are experimentally analyzed and tested. The results show that the performance of the sensor is improved after the participation of MXene and the optimal operating temperature of this sensor is 110 ℃.The sensor responses quickly to low concentrations of NO2 at 110℃ with a response time of 10 s.The sensor is tested and found to have excellent stability and specificity.
