六维压电风洞盒式天平研究

风洞试验是气动力载荷的精确测量手段.针对风洞试验中高频多维气动力的测量特点,采用压电测量元件,开发了一种适用于风洞试验中高频六维气动力测量的盒式天平.根据力与力矩平衡关系建立了输入与输出之间的理论输出模型,通过力传递关系及有限元仿真对气动热作用下天平被动输出进行了分析,并通过标定试验获得了天平性能指标.结果表明,该盒式天平在结构和材料上可抵抗测试过程中的温变干扰,温变影响系数小于0.5%,线性度和重复性误差分别低于0.4%和0.5%,最大相间干扰解耦后低于1.5%,三向一阶固有频率皆高于3000 Hz,具有高固有频率、高精度的优良性能.
Research on six dimensional piezoelectric wind tunnel box balance
Wind tunnel test is an accurate measurement method of aerodynamic load.Aiming at the measurement characteristics of high frequency and multi-dimensional aerodynamic force in wind tunnel test,a box balance suitable for high frequency and six-dimensional aerodynamic force measurement in wind tunnel test is developed by using piezoelectric measuring elements.The theoretical output model between input and output is established according to the balance relationship between force and torque.Through force transfer relationship and finite element simulation,the passive output of the balance under the action of aerodynamic heat is analyzed.The performance index of the balance is obtained through the calibration test.The results show that the developed box balance can resist the temperature change interference in the test process in terms of structure and material.Temperature change influence coefficient is less than 0.5%.Its linearity and repeatability errors are lower than 0.4%and 0.5%respectively.The maximum mutual interference after decoupling is lower than 1.5%,and the three-way first-order natural frequency is higher than 3 000 Hz.It has excellent performance of high natural frequency and high precision.
