In the process of machine vision detection of LCD screen display defects, due to the influence of camera system parameter setting and screen display brightness, the collected pictures have uneven brightness, resulting in precision of defect detection reduced.Aiming at this problem,a module-based dual-threshold defect detection algorithm is proposed.Firstly, the defect-free screen is used as the calibration sample, and it is divided into modules by space.Secondly, the parameters of the divided module area are counted, and the detection threshold is set based on this. Finally, the screen image to be detected is divided into modules, and judge whether the defects exist or not according to the threshold of the corresponding module area.In addition,a defect detection system is designed, and the above method is verified by experiments. The results show that the method can effectively improve the defect detection precision of uneven brightness images.
