随着工业的发展,转速传感器已经成为了现代工业自动化发展的重要支撑.它在汽车、机械制造和航空航天中发挥着很大的作用.高温转速传感器通常应用于高温环境下旋转机械运动状态的监测和测量,通过传感器为采集系统提供实时数据,帮助监测和预防设备故障,延长设备寿命,确保设备安全性能.本文介绍了高温磁电式转速传感器的基本原理、结构设计、材料选择,给出了测试数据,并对测试结果进行了分析,结果表明:能够实现在350℃环境下转速测量.
Design of speed sensor based on high temperature resistant environment
With the development of industries,speed sensors have become an important support for the development of modern industrial automation.It plays a significant role in automobile,mechanical manufacturing,and aerospace industries.High temperature speed sensors are commonly used for monitoring and measuring the motion status of rotating machinery in high-temperature environments.The sensors provide real-time data to the acquisition system,helping to monitor and prevent equipment failures,extend equipment life,and ensure equipment safety performance.Basic principles,structural design,and material selection of high-temperature magneto electric speed sensors are introduced,and test data are given and the test results are analyzed.The result shows that rotational speed measuring can be realized in an environment of 350℃.
