基于AgNWs@丙烯酸酯弹性体的柔性应变传感器

柔性应变传感器因具有良好的柔韧性及可拉伸性在电子皮肤、健康监测等领域具有广泛的应用,尤其是基于纳米材料与聚合物柔性基底的柔性应变传感器,已经成为当前研究热点.本文采用银纳米线(AgNWs)作为导电材料,结合3 种丙烯酸酯共聚物弹性体薄膜,采用掩模版和转印工艺制备了3 种柔性应变传感器.通过对比分析3 种不同丙烯酸酯基底薄膜的应变传感器的应变范围与灵敏度,发现3 种应变传感器均具有较大的应变范围(拉伸应变大于50%),采用L5B5 作为柔性衬底的传感器综合性能较为优异,灵敏度最高可以达到183,可用于检测人体运动等生理信号.
Flexible strain sensor based on AgNWs@acrylate elastromers
Flexible strain sensor has a wide range of applications in electronic skin,health monitoring,and other fields due to its good flexibility and stretchability.Especially,flexible strain sensor based on nanomaterials and polymer flexible substrates has become an emerging research topic.Three flexible strain sensors are prepared using Ag nanowires(AgNWs)as the conductive material,combined with three acrylate copolymer elastromers films,using a mask and transfer printing process.By comparing and analyzing the strain range and sensitivity of three different acrylate-based film strain sensors,it is found that all the three strain sensors have a large strain range(tensile strain>50%),the sensor with L5B5 as flexible substrate has excellent comprehensive performance,with sensitivity up to 183,which can be used to detect human motion and other physiological signals.
