Flexible strain sensor based on AgNWs@acrylate elastromers
Flexible strain sensor has a wide range of applications in electronic skin, health monitoring, and other fields due to its good flexibility and stretchability.Especially, flexible strain sensor based on nanomaterials and polymer flexible substrates has become an emerging research topic.Three flexible strain sensors are prepared using Ag nanowires(AgNWs)as the conductive material, combined with three acrylate copolymer elastromers films, using a mask and transfer printing process.By comparing and analyzing the strain range and sensitivity of three different acrylate-based film strain sensors,it is found that all the three strain sensors have a large strain range(tensile strain>50%),the sensor with L5B5 as flexible substrate has excellent comprehensive performance, with sensitivity up to 183,which can be used to detect human motion and other physiological signals.
