高g值加速度传感器被广泛应用于先进兵器的研制当中,针对其10000gn以上的校准需求,建立了一种"端到端"的高冲击加速度校准系统.其中,基于LabVIEW开发环境设计系统软件,实现了对电磁发射装置、激光测速装置、数据采集卡以及信号调理仪等硬件设备的通信控制与数据传输,同时具备数据处理和证书生成等功能.经过试验验证,本文系统与标准装置的测量结果偏差仅为-0.78%,能够满足计量检定的需求.
Design and implementation of high impact acceleration calibration system based on LabVIEW
High g-value acceleration sensors are widely used in research and fabrication of advanced weapons.Aiming at the calibration requirements above 10 000gn,an"end-to-end"high impact acceleration calibration system is established.Among them,the system software is designed based on the LabVIEW development environment,which realizes the communication control and data transmission of electromagnetic emission device,laser speed measuring device,data acquisition card,signal conditioner and other hardware devices,it has the functions of data processing and certificate generation at the same time.Through test verification,the deviation between the measurement results of this system and the standard device is only-0.78%,which can meet the requirements of metrological verification.
