基于锁相放大技术的融雪剂溶液温度特性测试系统

路面冰点温度是一个重要的路面气象参数.目前,对检测路面冰点温度所用融雪剂溶液的低温温度特性的了解尚存不足,影响了高精度路面冰点温度传感器的研制.为此,基于锁相放大技术,设计、制备了关于融雪剂溶液温度特性的自动测试系统.采用锁相放大器、交流电流源及两电极式溶液池构建了计算机控制的融雪剂溶液参数测试硬件系统.溶液温度采用研制的4线制高精度铂温度传感器Pt100检测.基于MATLAB实现上位机与锁相放大器以及温度传感器模块之间的通信.上位机还具有数据实时采集、滤波、保存与实时可视化绘图等功能.测试系统和测试结果将为低温路面冰点温度传感器的研制提供重要的数据支持与参考.
Temperature characteristics test system of solution of snow-melting agents based on phase-locked amplification technology
Freezing point temperature of pavement road surface is an important pavement of highway meteorological parameters. At present,the temperature characteristics of snow-melting agent solutions are not yet understood,which affects the research and fabrication of high-precision road freezing point temperature sensors. So,automatic test system (ATS)for temperature characteristics of snow-melting agent solution is designed and prepared based on phase locked amplification technology. A computer-controlled hardware system for automatic detection of snow-melting solution parameters is constructed using a phase locked amplification,AC current source,and a two electrode solution pool. The solution temperature is detected using a developed 4-wire high-precision Pt100 temperature sensor. Communication between the upper computer,phase locked amplification,and temperature sensor module is achieved based on MATLAB. The upper computer also has functions such as real-time data acquisition,filtering,storage,and real-time visualization drawing. The test system and test results will provide important data support and reference for the research and fabrication of road surface freezing point temperature sensors.
