基于时间差型磁通门的电流传感器抗干扰研究

摘要
在漏电流检测领域,需特别关注小电流检测的灵敏度,此时外界干扰对小电流检测的影响不能忽视.针对漏电流检测领域要求,文章对时间差型磁通门电流传感器进行了理论推导,分析了影响传感器性能的因素和抗干扰性能的影响因素,得到了传感器设计参数、不均匀因素与抗干扰性能的定量关系.研究结果表明,可通过调节电路参数改变传感器灵敏度等性能,尽量使线圈均匀,增大激励电压与回路电阻之比,提升抗干扰性能,为自激振荡时间差磁通门电流传感器的优化设计提供理论依据.
Abstract
In the field of leakage current detection,special attention should be paid to the sensitivity of small current detection,and the impact of external interference on small current detection cannot be ignored.Based on the requirements of the field of leakage current detection,the article discusses the theoretical derivation of the times difference fluxgate current sensor and analyzes the influencing factors of sensor performance and anti-interference.The quantitative relationship between the sensor design parameters,non-uniform factor,and anti-interference performance is obtained.The research results show that the sensitivity and other performance of the sensor can be changed by adjusting the circuit parameters,and the anti-interference performance can be improved by uniform winding and increasing the ratio of excitation voltage to resistance,providing theoretical basis for the optimization design of times difference flux gate current sensor.
