摘要

在轨道交通领域,列车运行时的振动是影响电压传感器可靠性的重要因素之一,振动导致塑料件开裂又是其中的一种主要失效模式.文章通过有限元仿真软件,简化电压传感器仿真模型,对不同安装工况、不同材料的电压传感器进行结构振动应力仿真,分析电压传感器底板开裂失效的原因以及薄弱位置,再通过实际振动试验验证仿真结果的准确性,快速锁定失效原因,进而优化电压传感器安装方案以及材质来提升电压传感器的可靠性与适应性,降低后续故障率.

Abstract

In the field of rail transit,vibration is one of the important factors affecting the reliability of voltage sensors,and cracking of plastic caused by vibration is one of the main failure modes.In the article,through simulation software,the simulation model of voltage sensors is simplified,and the structural vibration stress simulation is carried out for voltage sensors with different installation conditions and materials,and the reasons for the cracking and failure of the voltage sensor bottom plate and the weak position are analyzed.The simulation results will be verified by actual vibration tests.The failure reason can be quickly located.Finally the reliability and adaptability of the voltage sensor can be improved by optimization of installation and material of the voltage sensor,thus reduce the failure rate.
