摘要
信号线缆作为压电超声换能器的关键组成部分,对电信号传输、数据质量等具有重要的影响.针对某型压电超声换能器信号线缆高温绝缘电阻过低的问题,文章分别从故障规律、线缆绝缘特性、排潮工艺等方面开展实验分析,完成了问题的根源定位.以此为基础,进行了系列验证实验,以优化信号线缆高温绝缘电阻稳定性,进而优化压电超声换能器高温绝缘稳定性.结果显示,存在于信号线缆内部的氧化镁粉末是影响高温绝缘稳定性的关键,而高温排潮处理工艺可大幅度优化高温绝缘电阻稳定性.
Abstract
As a key component of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer,signal cables have a significant impact on electrical signal transmission,data quality,and so on.In order to solve the problem of unstable high temperature insulation resistance of a certain type of piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer signal cable,the paper conducts experimental analysis from the aspects of fault patterns,cable insulation characteristics,and moisture removal technology,and finds the reason of the problem.On this basis,a series of verification experiments are carried out to improve the high temperature insulation stability of cables.The results show that the magnesium oxide powder inside the double-layer shielded cable is the key material affecting insulation resistance of the cable,and the stability can be greatly optimized by the high temperature moisture removal process.
