The wheel speed sensor with AK protocol provides not only wheel speed information,but also rotation direction,diagnosis and other information for the vehicle active safety control system,which plays an important role in improving the reliability of the control system. Taking Electromechanical Brake System (EMB) as an example,the AK protocol of wheel speed sensor is decoded by discrete circuit and the microprocessor of EMB controller. By analyzing the key features of AK protocol,the hardware signal processing circuit is designed,and the speed signal and data signal are extracted respectively. Based on the existing AUTOSAR software architecture of MCU,the decoding software is designed in the form of complex driver for speed and data decoding. Set up a test platform to test the decoding system,and the test results prove that the decoding system is effective,and the scheme has engineering practicability.
