In modern life,the demand for automatic irrigation of home green plants is increasing,and the traditional irrigation system is often difficult to meet the demand because of the lack of automatic control function. To solve the problem,an automatic irrigation system based on Internet of Things technology is designed and implemented. The core of the system is STC89C52 microcontroller,which monitors soil moisture,ambient temperature and humidity and light intensity through wireless equipment. The system adopts modular design,including temperature and humidity sensor,light sensor,soil moisture sensor,AD/DA conversion module,OLED display module and Bluetooth communication module. The stability and effectiveness of the system are verified by simulation experiment and practical test. The results show that the system can achieve precise irrigation of green plants,reduce manual operation,improve irrigation efficiency and effectively save water resources under unattended conditions. The system has strong adaptability,can automatically adjust the irrigation strategy according to the environmental change,meet the needs of different green plants,and show a good application prospect.
