Design of Damaged One-Dimensional Barcode Decoding Identification System Based on Line Scanning Technology
The traditional one-dimensional barcode decoding system relies on a single scan, which is prone to decoding failure and identification rate decline due to barcode damage. To solve the problem,a decoding identification system based on line scanning.First, the on-chip scanning storage device is built and Avalon-DSP interface to realize fast and continuous scanning;Secondly,in order to improve the point identification mode of one-dimensional bar code, the multi-angle and multi-position line scanning strategy is adopted to design the decoding function module, and combine the algorithm optimization to realize the accurate decoding of the damaged bar code; Finally, the adaptive scanning and storage database is connected to make the data processing more efficient and accurate. The test results show that the average number of false identification of the system is less than 12 times, and the error rate is low, showing high pertinence and stability, and the recognition conversion is flexible, and the identification effect is better.
