基于MEMS技术的微型热导检测器设计与研究

热导检测器(Thermal Conductivity Detector)是气相色谱仪各种不同检测器中比较常用的一种,在石油化工、冶金、煤炭等行业内,热导检测器已是不可缺少的分析工具.文章以微型热导检测器作为研究对象,研究了微型热导传感器设计中的几个关键技术,涉及到的研究工作主要包括热导检测器的发展状况、热敏元件的选择、微型热导检测器的池体材料和结构、热导检测器电路设计、性能测试与应用等几部分.设计出高灵敏度、低成本且检测范围广的微型热导检测器,将微型热导检测器配置在气相色谱仪中,由单片机进行数据采集后,通过色谱工作站对输出样品曲线图进行定性定量分析.结果表明,响应速度有明显提高,测量更加准确、稳定.
Design and Research of Micro Thermal Conductivity Detector Based on MEMS Technology
Thermal conductivity detector(TCD)is popular in gas chromatography detectors,it is widely used in the petrochemical,metuallugical,coal and other industries,TCD is an indispensable analysis tool.To analysis the qualitative and quantitative of analyte components,it's necessary to require gas analyzers of high sensitivity,fast response time,portable and other advantages.Micro thermal conductivity detector is the research object in the paper,several key technologies are involved in the research work.It includes working principle and working environment of a TCD,the choose of thermal elements,the research and production of the micro thermal conductivity detector's cell body material and structures,the design of a constant current source,temperature control system,the design and application of SCM data acquisition system to designed a high sensitivity,wide detection range and low-cost micro thermal conductivity detector.After the micro thermal conductivity detector arranged in a gas chromatograph,the data acquired by SCM was analyzed by chromatography workstation,the results show that the response speed has been significantly improved,and the measurement is more accurate and stable.
