重度抑郁症患者杏仁核的磁共振成像研究进展

重度抑郁症(major depressive disorder,MDD)是一种严重的精神障碍性疾病,主要表现为情绪低落、兴趣和快感丧失以及出现自杀倾向等.杏仁核是情绪加工和调节的关键区域之一,在MDD的发病机制中起着重要作用.MRI技术的应用揭示了MDD患者杏仁核在结构、功能和代谢等方面的变化,对于MDD的早期诊断、疾病监测和疗效评估具有重要的临床意义.因此,本文将对不同MRI技术在MDD杏仁核中的相关研究予以综述,以期为深入解析MDD的病理机制及发展诊疗策略提供支持.
Research progress of magnetic resonance imaging in amygdala of major depressive disorder
Major depressive disorder(MDD)is a serious mental disorder,mainly characterized by depression,loss of interest and pleasure,and suicidal tendencies.The amygdala is one of the key regions for emotional processing and regulation and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of MDD.The application of magnetic resonance imaging technology has revealed changes in the structure,function and metabolism of the amygdala in patients with MDD,which has important clinical significance for the early diagnosis,disease monitoring and efficacy evaluation of MDD.Therefore,this article will review relevant research on different magnetic resonance imaging techniques in the amygdala in MDD,aiming to contribute to the thorough understanding of MDD's pathological mechanisms and the advancement of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
