磁共振3D-T1WI及扩散成像在阿尔茨海默病中的研究进展

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是最常见的神经退行性疾病,主要症状为进行性记忆下降和认知功能障碍,发病率呈上升趋势,目前缺乏有效的治疗手段,因此,早期诊断、预防及延缓AD的进展至关重要.近年来,MRI已广泛应用于AD及其他认知障碍领域的研究,三维T1加权成像(three-dimensional T1 weighted imaging,3D-T1WI)、扩散MRI可以客观、间接地反映异常的大脑结构变化,为解释其机制提供影像学依据.本文从3D-T1WI、扩散MRI在AD中的应用展开综述,从多个角度探索AD患者脑结构变化及病理生理机制,为AD的早期诊断提供帮助.
Research progress of magnetic resonance 3D-TIWI and diffusion imaging in Alzheimer's disease
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is the most common neurodegenerative disease.The main symptoms are progressive memory decline and cognitive dysfunction.The incidence rate is on the rise,and there is a lack of effective treatment.Therefore,early diagnosis,prevention and delay of AD are essential.In recent years,MRI has been widely used in the study of AD and other cognitive impairment fields.Three-dimensional T1 weighted imaging(3D-T1WI),diffusion MRI can objectively and indirectly reflect abnormal brain structural changes,providing imaging evidence for explaining their mechanisms.This article provides a review of the application of 3D-T1WI,diffusion MRI in AD,exploring the changes in brain structure and pathophysiological mechanisms of AD patient from multiple perspectives,and providing assistance for the early diagnosis of AD.
