MRI影像组学在垂体神经内分泌肿瘤中的研究进展

垂体神经内分泌肿瘤(pituitary neuroendocrine tumour,PitNETs)是鞍区最常见的肿瘤,MRI技术作为PitNETs评估的金标准,为PitNETs的宏观评价作出了巨大贡献.近年来,影像组学的不断发展为肿瘤的微观评价提供了新的可能,在PitNETs的精准诊断、术前评估及预后预测方面都表现出良好效能.本文就近年来MRI影像组学在PitNETs方面的相关研究现状作一综述,以期为临床诊疗方案的制订及肿瘤的综合评估提供可靠的影像学依据,并指导未来临床实践及研究方向.
Research progress of MRI radiomics in pituitary neuroendocrine tumors
Pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) are the most common tumors in the sella region. MRI, as the gold standard for the evaluation of pituitary neuroendocrine tumors, has made great contributions to the macroscopic evaluation of pituitary neuroendocrine tumors. In recent years, the continuous development of radiomics has provided new possibilities for the microscopic evaluation of tumors, and has shown good efficacy in the accurate/differential diagnosis, preoperative evaluation and prognosis prediction of pituitary neuroendocrine tumors. In this paper, the current research status of MRI radiomics in pituitary neuroendocrine tumors in recent years was reviewed, in order to provide reliable imaging basis for the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment protocols and comprehensive evaluation of tumors, and to guide future clinical practice and research direction.
