Current status and prospects of radiomics in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer
Radiomics can identify lesions that traditional imaging fails to detect by extracting a vast amount of information invisible to the human eye,and also provide further insights into the biological behavior of tumors. This assists physicians in more accurately determining the clinical staging of tumors and in guiding treatment plan selections. This study evaluates the role of radiomics in aiding the diagnosis of colorectal cancer, with a specific focus on pathological diagnosis and staging. The aim of this study was to offer new research directions for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
