摘要
胶质淋巴系统是中枢神经系统中负责清除代谢废物和维持液体稳态的重要系统,近年来成为神经科学研究的热点.无创的MRI是评估人脑胶质淋巴系统结构和功能的常用技术,具体包括:钆增强动态成像、基于扩散张量图像分析、血管周围间隙成像、脉络膜丛体积分析、动脉自旋标记和血氧水平依赖成像等方法.本文回顾了无创MRI技术在人脑胶质淋巴系统研究中的应用与进展,详述其优势与局限性,为深入开展相关临床研究提供参考.
Abstract
The glymphatic system is a crucial system within the central nervous system responsible for clearing metabolic waste and maintaining fluid homeostasis,and it has recently become a hot topic in neuroscience research.Non-invasive MRI is a commonly used technique to assess the structure and function of the glymphatic system in the human brain.Specific MRI techniques include gadolinium-enhanced dynamic imaging,diffusion tensor imaging analysis,perivascular space imaging,choroid plexus volume analysis,arterial spin labeling,and blood oxygen level-dependent imaging.This article reviews the application and advancements of non-invasive MRI techniques in the study of the glymphatic system in the human brain,detailing their advantages and limitations to provide a reference for further clinical research.
