摘要
高校科研实验室作为"双一流"建设前沿阵地,承担着理论联系实际、研究型人才培养以及科学研究的重要任务.文章通过文献研究、归纳分析等基本方法,从科研实验室组织体系、管理制度等方面分析普通地方高校科研实验室运行现状,提出通过深化管理组织体系,建立科研实验室专职管理队伍,完善科研设备管理、实验室准入、安全管理、责任追溯等基本管理制度,以及积极探索运用物联网技术等具体对策来解决当下科研实验室发展中存在的问题.
Abstract
As a key component of the"Double First-Class"initiative,scientific research laboratories in universities play a crucial role in bridging theory with practice,cultivating research-oriented talent,and advancing scientific re-search.This study examines the current operational status of scientific research laboratories in general local univer-sities through methods including literature review and inductive analysis.It focuses on aspects such as the organiza-tional structure and management systems of these laboratories.The study proposes several strategies,including strengthening the management and organizational structure,establishing full-time management teams for scientific research laboratories,improving basic management systems for research equipment,laboratory access,safety man-agement,responsibility traceability,and other key areas.Furthermore,it explores the adoption of technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT)to address the existing challenges faced by scientific research laboratories.
