基于竖井联系测量和钻孔投点集成模式的方案设计及其在长大隧道精准贯通中的应用

针对长大区间隧道因始发条件有限、贯通精度低带来的问题,本文设计了一种可行性较强、风险较低的实施方案,即将在隧道约2/3处钻孔投点与竖井联系测量进行集成作业,采用长距离无定向附合导线的形式,对控制盾构机掘进的地下导线的坐标和方位进行修正,以实现该隧道的精准贯通.结果表明,本方案可达到预期目的,与传统模式相比,具有较强的优势,可有效避免测量事故的发生.
Scheme design based on shaft contact measurement and drilling point integration mode & the application in the long tunnel precise penetration
In view of the problems that the long interval tunnel in the starting conditions is limited,pene-trating accuracy is low,this paper designs a scheme with strong feasibility,low risk,namely about 2/3 of the tunnel hole and shaft measurement integrated operation,through the form of long distance without di-rectional attachment wire,to control the coordinates of shield machine tunneling underground wire and ori-entation,can realize the precision of the tunnel.The results show that the scheme achieves the expected purpose,and has strong advantages compared with the traditional model,and can effectively avoid the oc-currence of measurement accidents.
